You are our RISE candidate, if:

  • You have recently graduated from University or in your last year of studies, preferably on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Faculty of Economics, It would be an advantage, if you have up to 2 years of experience, but it is not necessary;
  • You speak fluent English and you are advanced PC user;
  • You’re volunteering or taking an active role in student organizations, sports or have another amazing interest that you pursue.
  • If you are fast learner and you want to challenge status quo.

 

YOUR KEY ROLES AS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

  • Actively participate in the RISE program (on-the-job tasks, peer learning, mentoring and training assigned);
  • Work on assignments related to the role in a particular function:
    • Sales & Marketing,
    • Supply Chain: Production, Maintenance, Sustainability;
  • Participate or lead departmental and cross-functional business projects;
  • Take full responsibility with planning and organizing activities related to your assignment, as well as delivery of assigned objectives, projects and results;
  • Collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with colleagues from own team, other departments, mentors, project sponsors – while proactively seeking feedback;
  • Actively propose process and business improvements;
  • Take full ownership and charge over your development: leverage each opportunity and feedback.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

This program is conceptualized in such away that offers the possibility for rapid progress, intensive learning and development, specific responsibilities and tasks through which each participant contributes directly to the company success and results. The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to employ talented young leaders with the potential and experience necessary to achieve results in different work situations and to develop them into future successful managers who will lead the company to its further progress. The Management Trainee Program is organized into three phases where each is a higher step in the duties and responsibilities that the candidate receives in the system of PIVARA SKOPJЕ as well as a higher level of the development of skills, knowledge and experiences of the participants.

FIRST PHASE – INTRODUCTION AND INITIATION

After the initial introduction with the company and to the colleagues, the participants will be involved in the realization of one project. The projectlasts forseveral months andithasaspecificpurpose, plan, defined responsibilities andtasksfor each participant. During the project the participants attain higher challenge and achieve concrete results, while the numerous development activities follow and encourage the Trainee’s further learning and improvement.

SECOND PHASE – DEPARTMENT/FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIZATION

In the next part of the program the participants undertake a position in a certain department where they get responsibility for achieving specific business goals of that department. By working in their department the participants get fullyacquaintedwiththefunctioningofthe department, its strategies, activities andchallenges. The position and tasks are such so that the participants are encouraged for their further development, and at the same time they are enabled to significantly contribute to a better functioning of the department and achievement of better results.

THIRD PHASE – SPECIALIZATION OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

The third phase of the program poses in front of the participants a new challenge, giving them, in addition to the responsibilities for achieving working results, an opportunity to prove themselves as leaders. Through the direct responsibility for the people and the results, the final phase of the program encourages the participants to develop and adopt appropriate management approaches, skills and knowledge and to gain a broader picture about the operation of the company PIVARA SKOPJE.

COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM

After the successfully passing through all phases of the program, the success of all participants is defined at the level of the top management of the company where decisions are made for further permanent employment on a particular leadership position in the system of PIVARA SKOPJE.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

The Management Trainee program is supported by a variety of activities focused on the development and support to the participants in order that through this program they fully realize their potential. In accordance with our philosophy of the employees’development: 70% of the development and learning takes place through activities and assignments that the participant performs with regard to the work, 20% of communication and work with the mentor and 10% of the training and course. For each participant it is performed an individual development plan and on that basis throughout the duration of the program there are organized activities and opportunities for learning and improvement. Each participant will be assigned a successful manager from PIVARA SKOPJE  as a mentor who will follow his/her development and progress through the program and to support him/her to the achievement of exceptional result sand successful career.

I SELECTION

The process of selection consists of 5 phases where each one is organized so that each candidate gets equal opportunity to demonstrate his/her qualities as well as to have them identified with the highest potential.

1.Review of applications

The purpose of this phase is to single out candidates from the received applications who meet the minimum criteria set for this position. All applications for the MANAGEMENT TRAINEE Program will be sent only electronically.

2.Testing

The tests are intended so that we can check the level of basic knowledge and skills that the participants in the MANAGEMENT TRAINEE Program should possess.

3.Telephone interview

By means of the telephone interview with the candidates who have proven successful testing, we identify what relevant experiences the candidate possesses that make him/her suitable for the MANAGEMENT TRAINEE position in the company PIVARA SKOPJE  and what his/her expectations and motivation are to get involved in this program.

4. “Assessment center”

Through practical tasks and situations in which the candidate gets included we gain an insight into his/her managerial potentials and approach to the work, team work and problem solving.

5.Interview

The interview with the most successful candidates is the final step. The interview is implemented by the team of managers of the company.

Advantage in the first phase of the selection will be given to the candidates with high achievement in the course of study (VII-1 level, high average, short study, engagement out of the faculty during the studying)
