JOB VACANCY: DBI SPECIALIST

What we are looking for:
- Secondary vocational School, Higher education will be as an advantage;
- At least three years of experience with recording and updating the system database, planning, reporting and project management;
- Knowledge of the technical features of coolers and refrigerating systems will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent attitude towards customers and consumers;
- Good knowledge in English;
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Ensures equipment master data accuracy, supports in demands and supply planning and leads planning activities with field sales team. Ensures that CDI purchases and disposals are delivered on time and in accordance with legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca Cola HBC and Heineken.
- Plans and coordinates the installation of cool equipment with buyers together a team of field sales in order to achieve greater coverage in accordance with its goals;
- Coordinates CDE profitability measurement and follows up with CDE Manager & Field Sales;
- Controls asset scanning process & communicates variances to field sales for action planning;
- Completes rolling estimates (type/category/model/brand), ensuring reduction of stocks;
- Ensures CDE inventories in all warehouses and depots regularly in accordance with procedures
- Ensures accuracy of data equipment for cold drinks and fountains with regular updates on changes in the system log;
- Coordinates the technical disposal process;
- Reduces company’s environmental impact through CDE purchases equipped with EMD – energy savings in line with Group guidelines;
- Provides great customer satisfaction.
The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
