JOB VACANCY: LOAD COORDINATOR
Job position filled with challenges, projects, work assignments and tailor-made trainings.
What are we looking for:
- High Vocational School, Higher education will be considered as an advantage, preferably (business logistics, economy);
- At least three years of work experience in warehouse, logistics and distribution in the field of manufacturing industry;
- Motivation for working in a dynamic and a multinational environment;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of business English;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Responsible for efficient organization of work and workers in the warehouses for finished goods and ensuring quality functioning of the stack in its turn, ensures the quality and quantity of loading of goods distribution and take care of the set targets during the loading according to the company’s procedures, legislation and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & Heineken.
- Takes a leadership role and engages colleagues in solving problems in their area of responsibility;
- Cooperates with colleagues from other sectors to achieve common goals;
- Responsible the culture of innovation and implementation of new procedures, to improve the current operations;
- Build effective relationships with team colleagues and colleagues from different units (maintenance, production, quality, planning, distribution, etc.), and when necessary with external clients;
- Meets the programs and procedures set out in the company, including the requirements of quality management systems, food safety, safe environment and H&S;
- Prepares reports for loading and unloading in the field of warehouse within his shift;
- Organize and controls ready-made goods for loading products for direct delivery to the buyer and connection to the warehouses according to pre-prepared routes;
- Provide consistent application of FIFO / FEFO principles of operation through continuous stocks’ monitoring of finished goods;
- Manages the work and the employees in the warehouse to ensure the “in time” loading and unloading of the finished goods;
- Prepares a report on the incoming of packaging and pallets and forward it to the warehouses Manager.
This position is reporting to the Warehouses Manager.
