JOB VACANCY: MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

What we are looking for:
- Higher education, preferably Faculty of Mechanical Engineering;
- Work experience in maintenance of production equipment;
- General knowledge of maintenance engineering processes;
- Motivation to work in dynamic, advanced technological and multinational environment;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent knowledge in English, German will be considered as an advantage;
- Good knowledge in SAP system and MS Office applications.
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Trough the maintenance of the process equipment, it represents support of the beer’s production in the realization of the planned quantities and realization of KPIs, following the legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca Cola HBC and Heineken.
- Timely react to any deviation occurred which deviate from the Heineken standards of production;
- Manage the execution of strategies for maintenance and engineering, decision making and control compliance work on a daily basis;
- Follows / investigates potential improvements and makes effective communication to higher level;
- Follows the efficiency of the equipment (OPI & MTBA), analyze and propose optimizations;
- Contributes and co-leads to the responsibility take-over from Maintenance to others department;
- Manages simple / low risk projects OFTS and within budget with most work done within Maintenance department;
- Prepare an annual maintenance plan and manage maintenance standards;
- Maintains and calibrates the equipment for regular production analysis;
- Uses the DCS system for daily and weekly analysis of process equipment, its possible concessions and proposes corrections to the supervisor;
- Active involvement in TRM teams;
- Follows the condition of spare parts for the equipment and perform their procurement when necessary;
- It personally contributes to a positive team atmosphere in the beer production plant.
The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
