JOB VACANCY: OPERATOR

What we are looking for:
- Higher education or Secondary vocational School in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Electro-technical;
- At least one year working experience in production;
- Problems solving ability, logic and comparison, quality decision, time management and teamwork orientation;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English language
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Responsible for quality and effective tasks execution of the machines according to the internal rules and procedures, legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & Heineken.
- Responses to the overall work in the shift and the fulfillment of the goals on the job;
- Keep a record of produced volume of product;
- Participates in the review of completed and ongoing activities, attend daily meetings with the team before the start of the shift;
- Responds to the overall shift work and fulfillment of the production plan in its work area;
- Keep accurate and precise records of machine operation;
- Regularly monitors the correctness of the machines and reports any defects;
- Takes steps to eliminate minor irregularities in the machine;
- Maintains cleanliness of the work surfaces and disinfection as needed;
- Wear appropriate work equipment in accordance with occupational HSE standards, hygienic standards and moral norms in accordance with company procedures and regulations;
- Constantly strives to improve the KPIs of the production process;
- Contribute to maintaining the order and discipline in the organization.
The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
