TRADE PROMOTIONS AND PROMO MANAGEMENT LEADER
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
You will have a unique opportunity to grow customer business by supporting sales of great brands of Coca-Cola and Heineken portfolios, learn and develop at accelerated pace and gain the best-in-class promo management expertise.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop annual promotional strategy in total market, aligned with strategic priorities, to drive shopper behaviors and ensure its on-time implementation.
- Translate promotional strategy into relevant category/channel marketing plans ensuring well balanced promo plan across market that drives basket incidence, System revenue and market share.
- Set up and continuously improve End-to-End Promo process, routines (including Review and Post Promotional Evaluation) & promo tools (PIM).
- Maintain, prepare, execute, control and evaluate Marketing and Sales promotions and campaigns in the SAP System.
- Optimize promo mechanics based on business objectives and perform pre and post-evaluation of promotions (PIM).
- Build a Promo ROI performance mindset within Sales and Marketing teams via targeted communication, initiatives and routines.
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Finance & TCCC in the process of promotional strategy & plan creation and delivery as well as in regular promo management routines.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University degree coupled with a minimum of 2-year experience Promo management, Retail trade, Commercial finance or Category management in FMCG industry.
- High Business & Financial acumen with strong analytical and strategic/conceptual thinking and execution.
- Experience of work in SAP system.
- Open, honest individual comfortable in providing transparency about results and drivers, good and bad, and comfortable in providing and receiving feedback.
- Team player with positive intent attitude, comfortable to challenge and be challenged constructively.
- Highly competitive, enthusiastic and creative with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
