OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIORNMENT COORDINATOR

Responsible for quality and effective implementation of management systems in the department of Occupational health, Environment and Safety, according to the internal rules and procedures, legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & HEINEKEN.

WHAT ARE  WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University diploma – Engineer for environmental protection, OHS Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineer, Civil Engineer;
  • With or without work experience;
  • Ability to set priorities according to the importance and urgency of the tasks;
  • Knowledge, observance and application of applicable laws, regulations and professional standards applicable in relation to work;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBIITIES:

  • Control of compliance with company procedures for OHS and Environment
  • Develops procedures, operating instructions, risk assessments and records
  • Conducts trainings for OHS and Environment in accordance with the training plan
  • Prevent and reduce energy leaks and losses
  • Prepares monthly reports for Near Miss and Near Loss
  • Replaces OHS&E Manager in corporate meetings and calls
  • Finds new solutions for better waste management
  • Monthly and annual goals for energy, water and waste
  • Monitoring plan for measurements of aspects of OHS and Environment
  • Communicates with state inspections in the field of labor, protection and rescue, technical inspection and environmental protection
  • Ensures proper operation of the treatment plant for wastewater treatment
  • Takes care of improving the safe behavior of employees and contractors

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Sunday, 40 working hours per week in three shifts.
