DETAILS OF THE JOB POSITION:

You will also be actively involved in designing, implementing and reviewing rewards programs such as: benefits, work-life, benefits and awards that Pivara Skopje AD offers to its employees.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University degree – Faculty of Economics (finance or accounting and auditing);
  • 2+ years experience in reporting, data analysis and budgeting;
  • Experience in payroll;
  • Knowledge of legal regulations in the field of labor relations;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel;
  • Expressed analytical and presentation skills, passion for working with numbers and reports;
  • Proactiveness, shrewdness and attention to detail;
  • Excellent command of business English.


YOUR WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in the preparation of the budget related to the employees and monitors the expenses monthly;
  • Conducts analysis of data on human resources and analysis of variables for costs and benefits, number of employees, analysis and insight to support business decisions;
  • Prepares daily and monthly reports in accordance with the group requirements;
  • Prepares a monthly report for salary calculation and coordinates and controls the work of the external payroll company;
  • Collaborates with law firms related to expats;
  • Participates in the design, implementation and administration of innovative incentive, benefit and reward plans;
  • Participates in analyzes of labor market trends (such as wage surveys, benefits and other benefits);
  • Prepares decisions for payment of fees and other administrative activities.

The employment is based on a fixed term of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the contract indefinitely. Working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours per day.

The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how well the candidate meets the requirements for the job.

The selection of the shortlisted candidates will be done within 45/90/120 days after the expiration of the application deadline, depending on the number of applicants.
