As the weather warms up, the desire to dive into the perfect harmony of colors and scents grows, which is why a picnic with zero waste is a great option for those who are aware of the need to preserve nature. What is needed for a different 1st of May experience? We leave the disposable utensils and napkins in the past, and here is what we put on the list for organizing an eco-picnic worth remembering!
Food and drink
Be creative and prepare homemade snacks and pack them in jars and reusable containers. Good for you, good for the nature! How about a little luxury? Enjoy real cutlery and plates, and bring a drink in cans and bottles that you can later select in Pakomak’s special containers!
Pack snacks without waste
Pack salads and delicious snacks for your little ones separately in glass jars, which can be endlessly reused. Replace wet wipes with a bottle of water and a cotton swab.
Take advantage of nature

Compost your waste
Composting is a natural way of recycling – much of the organic waste we generate daily (vegetable and fruit peels, grass, leaves, coffee grounds and tea) can be used to make compost. By composting you will get natural humus that you can use for planting various plants. What can you do? Select food scraps – for composting and donation. Result? Zero waste!
