JOB VACANCY: CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Position Description:
- Managing corporative communication processes: The CC Manager is responsible for preparing speeches, interviews, press releases and crisis communications, as well as specific reports for Company’s management team.
- Responsible for ensuring high level of performances in regular monitoring and reporting; he/she is responsible for reaching the goals set in Company’s annual business plan, by complying with and improving all established communication and business routines, as well as for tracking and alerting regarding any potential competition-related risks.
- Responsible for devising a crisis management communication strategy, as well as for developing internal communication strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining and building strong relations with media regarding any corporative matter.
- Responsible for establishing good external relations and effective communication with institutions, organizations and other companies in line with Company’s business needs.
- Responsible for building effective communication relations with the civil society and proposing effective communication with both local and national authorities.
- Responsible for the coordination of cross-sector initiatives and he/she is providing communication support to all other sectors.
- Responsible for developing suggestions, tools and processes to improve Company’s corporate identity through effective communications: corporate research of Company’s reputation within the community, tools used for internal and external communication, corporate publishing, and corporate interactions with external stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing corporate social responsibility projects from the point of view of communication. The CC Manager is responsible for promoting Company’s commitments to sustainable development, as well as corporate commitments of Coca-Cola HBC и HEINEKEN.
The Corporate Communications Manager is reporting to the Public Affairs and Communications Manager.
The initial employment contract will be signed for a duration of 6 months, with a possibility of extending it for an indefinite period of time. The weekly working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours daily from 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM.
The minimal starting gross salary for this position is MKD 60,000.00. The amount of the starting gross salary will depend upon candidates meeting position requirements. Applicants will be selected within 45 days maximum as of vacancy announcement closing date, depending on the number of applicants.
