JOB VACANCY : TALENT SPECIALIST AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in the field of social sciences and humanities,
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a specialist in the field of human resource recruitment and human resource development and talent development,
- Active experience in the process of selection of human resources (full cycle), using different interview techniques and evaluation methods; Knowledge of application and recruitment systems.
- Knowledge of social media, maintenance of databases and professional network
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driver’s license B category
- Good knowledge of English
Key account-abilities:
It supports the process of recruiting new employees. It supports the process of employee development and supports the process of creating development plans. It helps the development programs that are implemented in the company.
- Coordinates managers in identifying staff needs and determining the criteria for selecting new employees.
- Creates job vacancy notices and traces them to the relevant media, proposes channel selection and a better access strategy;
- Active commitment to search for potential candidates via online channels;
- Plans and arranges interviews and selection procedures, including calls, assessments and interviews with candidates;
- It helps the process of creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position;
- Dedicated to employer branding initiatives; Organize and attend employment fairs and recruitment events;
- Provides trend analysis in order to improve the recruitment process.
- It actively supports the development programs in the company and out of it if the employees are part of it.
- Assists managers from different sectors in the process of creating individual employee development plans.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on the recruitment and development of employees.
The employment contract is based on a fixed period of 6 months with the possibility of continuing to an indefinite contract. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
Minimum gross salary for the workplace is 46.000,00 MKD. The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how the candidate meets the requirements of the workplace.
Selection of the applicants will be made within 45/90/120 days after the expiration of the application deadline, depending on the number of applicants.
