JOB VACANCY: TEAM MANAGER IN CALL CENTER

- Higher Education
- 3 years of proven work experience in team management in a call center
- An excellent attitude towards clients and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driver’s license B category
- Good knowledge of English
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the call center activities. This includes collaboration with internal and external clients to ensure quality of service to customers
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating people, processes and tasks in a call center;
- Follows the creation of orders and provides effective communication with customers;
- Provides smooth coordination between team members and field sales teams in order to achieve common goals and services to customers.
- Care for the development of skills among team members, taking into account their abilities, performance and potential for development.
- Set targets for team members in line with the company’s goals in order to ensure sustainable development.
- Analyze and prepare weekly reports for open requests, monthly reports on the results of internal researches, number of realized calls, etc.
The employment relationship is based on a fixed period of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing an indefinite contract. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
Minimum gross salary for the workplace is 46.000,00 MKD. The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how the candidate meets the requirements of the workplace.
