JOB VACANCY: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

As a procurement specialist, you will manage certain categories and vendors with what you will help in fulfillment individual and team KBI’s.

• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of procurement

• Strong organizational skills and prioritizing work assignments
• Ability to work in short time deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of business English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Short description of core responsibilities:
In accordance with the procedure, it ensures the provision of timely and quality procurement of indirect raw categories, prioritization, selection of suppliers performs regular monitoring and control of the agreed conditions in order to achieve efficient, quality procurement and savings.
- Constantly investigates and monitors market conditions (sourcing) and bidders, as well as economic, industrial and other trends affecting prices, choices and orders for indirect categories.
- Request and collect offers (RF’x process) from bidders and make daily contacts with suppliers in accordance with the procedures of the company.
- Negotiate with suppliers and build good relationships in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Perform an evaluation of interventional, monthly and annual procurements in order to determine the conditions and to align them with the company’s rules and procedures and participate in the choice of the supplier
- Manages reclamations and complaints from internal customers towards suppliers
- A proactive approach to managing the categories assigned
- Participate in international projects within the two corporations (Coca Cola Hellenic and Heineken)
- Analyze and monitor the results achieved
The employment contract is based on a specific time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period of time.
The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours, from 08:00 to 16:00.
