JOB VACANCY: SHOPPER MARKETING MANAGER

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in social sciences, preferably with focus on Marketing (brand, trade)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in developing shopper marketing programs will be considered as advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with hands-on approach
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of business English.

 

Brief description of core responsibilities:

  • The Shopper Marketing role supports the development and execution of Shopper Marketing Programs for customers, including the program strategy & execution for the whole beer / SSD portfolio. Develop national promotions strategy and lead the execution of each promotion, including creative agency management, promotion execution and evaluation

 

  • Develop detailed and unique shopper marketing programs for consumers and customers;
  • Planning, preparing and execution of key shopper brand activities for customers, according to business plan;
  • Measure tactics, monitor results and optimize shopper marketing programs to ensure greater effectiveness;
  • Leads and manages cross functional projects for the assigned category on cross-functional level including Finance, Trade – marketing and Sales
  • Creates contingency plans for major and additional activations for unpredictable situations in coordination with other commercial departments
  • Acts promptly on market demands. Initiates actions based on valuable departments inputs
  • Put strategies and plans in action and takes initiative all plans to be on time and in full implemented
  • Implements new insights (consumer/shopper), knowledge and trends into activity plans and uses them in the brand’s development plan.

 

The employment contract is based on a specific time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period of time. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
