The first two – from European and American oak in which sherry was previously aged, and the third from American oak in which bourbon was previously aged.

Macallan 12 YO triple cask

• Spiritual home – Built as far back as 1700. The Macallan estate sits on a sprawling 160 acres, of which 90 acres are barley. The special type of “Minstrel” barley has been developed and cultivated for centuries in order to achieve the ultimate taste of this whiskey.
• Unique small stills for distillation – The Macallan stills are unusually small, the smallest in the Speyside region. Their unique size and shape contribute to viscosity and rich fruit aromas, as well as fullness of taste, which are characteristic of The Macallan.
• The heart of the distillation process – We only take the central 16% of the distillate, this distillate is poured into oak casks that have previously stored sherry wine. This part is one of the smallest and finest in the industry. This is the main reason for the full rich taste of Macallan.
• Premium oak casks – The Macallan invests more than any other brand in the construction and care of its casks, and they are responsible for the unique spicy notes that characterize this whiskey.
• 100% Natural color – The rich palette of colors of Macallan whiskey is obtained only from maturation in the already mentioned premium oak casks.

The Famous Grouse

• The Famous Grouse has been Scotland’s best-selling whiskey for over 40 years.
• A blended scotch whiskey originating from Pershire – Scotland, the land of scotch, home of the grouse and the birthplace of this best-selling blend.
• This blend was first made by Matthew Gloag in 1896 at the spirits and wine store Matthew Gloag & Son.
• Unlike many other manufacturers at that time who put their last name as the name of the brand, Matthew decided to call it “The Grouse” after the national bird and pride of Scotland – the grouse.
• After the great success and the growth of sales, already in 1905 he received the adjective “The Famous” and to this day he is known as “The Famous Grouse”.
• This blend uses some of the highest quality single malts such as The Macallan and Highland Park which are also under the umbrella of The Edrington.

Highland Park 10 YO

• Highland Park is a single malt whiskey that comes from the far north of Scotland – the Orkney Islands. This is an archipelago of 70 islands inhabited by approximately 20,000 inhabitants, who consider themselves to be direct descendants of the Vikings. The Viking kingdoms are an inseparable part of the history of these islands and most of the time throughout history they were under their rule.
• Highland Park is one of the oldest distilleries and has been nurturing the traditional way of production since 1789.
• One of the main characteristics of this highly regarded and highly awarded whiskey is the smoky aroma, which comes from the process of drying the malted grain with peat – rich in aromas of meadow flowers.
• Matured in European and American oak casks that previously contained sherry, this lively, balanced 10 year old single malt is obtained.

Naked Malt

• Naked Malt is a modern premium blended malt whiskey that inspires freedom from conventional thinking. Naked brings together the simplest and most complex in whiskey. We know that we should associate whiskey with years of aging, a premium price, a premium label, but we think that our whiskey is best for those “moments of release” when we don’t need anything to discover those good things.
• We use our skill, our “naked first fill sherry” casks and our full attention to respect for the whiskey which gives a balanced taste, the kind that only Naked Malt has.
• Naked Malt – blended malt is made from a selection of the best single malts including The Macallan, Highland Park and Glenrothes. The selected malts are first carefully mixed and then poured into what we call “naked cask” – a bare barrel in which they mature for at least another 6 months.

Brugal 1888

• The best rum in the whiskey world, and the best whiskey in the rum world.
• Very popular and high quality dark rum Brugal 1888 comes from the famous Dominican distillery Brugal. It was first introduced to the market in 2011 after the distillery was acquired by The Edrington Group. It was created on the basis of the experience of five generations, as long as 130 years, and soon became a master product without which some cocktails, especially Old Fashioned and Manhattan, cannot be imagined today. Brugal 1888 is double-aged, first in American bourbon casks, and then additionally in oak sherry casks originating from Spain, to add dried fruit aromas and a light sweetness to the taste. What makes it special is not only the design of the bottle, but also the taste, which is somewhat reminiscent of whiskey.
