OPEN POSITION: ACCOUNTANT FOR MATERIAL AND FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

What we are looking for:
- University degree in the field of accounting and finance
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of material-financial operations, or accounting and auditing
- Knowledge of business English
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working with SAP ERP system will be considered an asset
- Ability for team and individual work
- Communicability, organization, responsibility, loyalty, thoroughness, timeliness
Brief description of job accountabilities:
In accordance with the procedure, it ensures the provision of timely and quality recording of received invoices for procurement of goods and services, prepares calculations for purchase prices, checks and closes balances of given advances for procurement, ensures accuracy in the notification of reserves.
- Control and recording of material and financial documentation
- Calculation and allocation of dependent costs during procurement
- Matching balances with suppliers
- Processing and adjusting the differences after the count
- Preparation and analysis of production cost reports, as well as reports on reserves
- Filling in reports in the field of material and financial operations
The employment contract is based on a fixed period of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period of time.
The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours, from 08:00 to 16:00.
The minimum basic gross salary for this job is 45.000,00 MKD. The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how the candidate meets the requirements of the workplace.
