BEER Lab Technician

WHAT ARE  WE LOOKING FOR?

• University diploma in the field of (PMF – Institute of Biology Studies in Biochemistry – Microbiology);
• 1 + years of work experience in performing physico-chemical analyzes and microbiological analyzes as well as work with laboratory equipment;
• Motivation to work in a dynamic environment and in a multinational environment;
• Ability to understand, process and convey accurate facts and information;
• Expressed organizational and analytical skills;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP will be considered as advantage;
• Basic knowledge of English

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBIITIES:

• Ensures the quality of the product from an analytical and microbiological point of view, in accordance with the company procedures, legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & Heineken.
• Independently performs analyzes and is responsible for their accuracy throughout all stages of the production process, starting from the quality of water, raw materials, semi-finished products and the finished product.
• Implements the food quality and safety system and participates in the regular monitoring and verification;
• Ensures proper implementation of physico-chemical analyzes and accuracy of delivered results;
• Performs quality control of semi-finished products, packaging materials and raw materials for production. Provides timely and accurate reports in accordance with the control and regularly generates data in the system;
• Performs sample analysis and suggests corrective action when necessary;
• Implements the activities of the PQ Pillar (Progressive Quality) segment, in order to maintain and continuously improve the quality of the products and the STARLAB system in the beer department;
• Ensures the smooth operation of the laboratory equipment, performs regular calibration of the devices and keeps records of it with which it informs the superiors
• Implements successful practices identified in the laboratory operations department with other operations and implements successful practices from other operations;
• Monitors the stock of chemicals and materials and reports the need for monthly purchases.

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
