ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
You will lead and execute sourcing and buying of goods and services for Pivara. We will expect you to optimize service levels provided to internal customers for the specific category and contribute to the department’s savings value creation.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and execute buys and take actions towards future savings;
- Maintain Master data, including PIRs, POs and Catalogues;
- Manage contracts and contract expirations;
- Manage internal customer relationships for delegated categories;
- Build supplier relationships that generate value for both Pivara Skopje and the supplier;
- Regular communication and reporting towards Coca Cola HBC and Heineken Group Buyers;
- Follow-up on claims management process.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal or similar) is an asset;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement;
- Fluent English speaker;
- Experience with SAP will be an asset;
- Advanced Excel user will be an asset;
- Client oriented;
- Strong sense of Integrity, Independence, Objectiveness
- Insightful, detail-oriented, proactive and future focused;
- Strong analytical skills and awareness of End-to-End processes

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
