Our Commercial team and Marketing specifically, is responsible for building strong beer brands through consumer marketing intelligence, consumer, customer-oriented and sustainable product innovations, engaging campaigns and promotions that ignite conversations among our consumers. The team also runs the Operations marketing for the Coca-Cola portfolio.

After translating consumer insights into relevant consumer platforms, it is all about how we execute them on the market place. Trade marketing team is developing our channel strategies and leads the way for their execution.

As a member of our commercial team, and in sales specifically, your job will allow you to explore, innovate and translate consumer needs into experiences aimed at activating the market and closely partnering with our customers. In this role, you will focus on growing volume, value and market share. It can be a very demanding job, but if you have a passion for continually winning on the market together with our customers, and you have a well-developed communication and organizational skills, sales can be just the place for you.

Our commercial team is also responsible for providing best-in-class customer service and creating added value for everything we do. Building commercial capabilities is an area to which we pay special focus in order to develop best commercial professionals on the market.

Public Affairs and Communication team supports Pivara Skopje’s sustainable business growth by influencing and shaping opinions of our stakeholders. This means talking to governmental bodies, the business and industry, as well as to other opinion makers to amplify our corporate story.

As a member of this team, you will be an active driver of our sustainability agenda, starting from youth development, promoting our socio-economic impact, Pivara Skopje’s contribution to local sports and culture development, promoting Health and Safety, to partnering with NGOs for environment protection and disaster relief. Our business is committed to a consistent promotion of responsible consumption and active lifestyle and these two essential items are the core responsibility of the PA&C team.

This team ensures that every link in the chain from getting the raw materials in Pivara Skopje to delivering fresh and high quality product to our customers works perfectly together.

Making the best beer and soft drinks for the benefit of our consumers’ enjoyment is key to Pivara Skopje’s Supply Chain. Our Supply chain team has the leading role in sustaining best-in-class quality of our products and beyond, and in all additional services we provide to our customers.

As a member of our Supply Chain team, you will be involved in delivering highest quality products to our customers using world-class logistics. This team is critical for executing our innovation pipeline and managing cost and efficiencies.

Our sustainability agenda is based on the effort of this team: starting from protecting the integrity of our products, then the occupational health and safety, protection of the environment and saving energy, input for sustainable sourcing and support of our disaster relief activities.

In Pivara Skopje, we have a diversified team of highly competent professionals whose development and growth are managed by our Human resources team. We are a performing & learning focused organization. For us, it is all about attracting and retaining talents and our human resources team plays a vital role.

As a member of the HR team, you will design platforms and initiatives to lead the performance and talent management, people development, health and retirement plans, compensation and benefits and development of the organizational structure. Our HR model is based on business partnering, where you will have to work closely with other functions to advance the HR capacities. Placing key people into key positions for achieving our long-term vision is essential for the success of our organization and our HR team stays focused on continuous development of the required capacities.

This team tracks potential business risks and supports execution of the mitigation plans. The team objective is to balance our growth investments and disciplined cost control, as well as cash management.

Our finance team is also responsible for sourcing the best ingredients and materials we need for our daily operations.

Our financial effort goes beyond excel sheets, charts and balances. Our financial team ensures that our respected business continues performing in a good financial standing. To be successful in our finance team, you need strong business acumen, understanding of the local market landscape, understanding of our customers and the world we operate in.

Our legal team ensures that we act transparently and responsibly in everything we do, in full compliance with the local legislation and our corporate standards.

This team deals with compiling contracts, managing and protecting trademarks, provides advices on new product development process, customer management and relationships with other businesses and entities.

As a member of our legal team, you will interact with all functions in the organization to ensure they all operate effectively and efficiently, but in a given framework and within legal boundaries.
