The position of “CDE & DBI Administrator” is a vital part of the operation of Pivara Skopje AD. It is filled with communication, challenges, and a dynamic work environment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Secondary vocational training, a Higher degree will be considered an advantage;
- Work experience with recording and updating the system database, planning and coordinating activities, and preparing reports;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Good knowledge of English;
- A sense of customer relationship.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carrying out daily activities such as planning and coordinating the installation of refrigeration equipment at the Buyers together with the field sales team;
- Harmonization and verification of data for preparation of contracts for refrigeration equipment, as well as accompanying administrative documentation, it’s processing, and appropriate archiving;
- Recording and ensuring the accuracy of data on refrigeration equipment by regularly updating changes in the recording system;
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for all activities.

- By fulfilling the objectives in: performing all administrative tasks and activities on time, accuracy of system data for refrigeration equipment, control of refrigeration equipment contracts, customer satisfaction;

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how well the candidate meets the conditions of the job.
