JOB VACANCY: CONTROLLER OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES

What we are looking for:
- BCC, (University diploma/degree, Higher education) – VII/1 degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Кnowledge for maintaining databases
- Experience in preparing presentations and reports
- 2+ years of proven work experience with an office, performing technical and administrative tasks
- Precise and accurate managing with data and documents
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
- Excellent knowledge of business English
- Willingness for continuous learning and development of new knowledge and skills, adoption of new technologies and methodologies in order to constantly improve personal skills and
- Driving license, B-category
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Monitors the movement of the complete assortment of finished products, packaging аnd raw materials owned by Pivara Skopje and manages the return packaging. Manages administrative activities to ensure effective coordination during work.
- Prepares operational reports for the work of Logistics, on the impact of key financial indicators
- With appropriate analyzes, information and with good assessment, proposes a plan of action to improve operational performance
- Implements a procedure for returning the finished product from the market
- Manages the dеployment of packaging for soft drinks and beer packing
- Implements a monthly inventory and reviews the differences from the census, and proposes a plan of activities
- Manages and controls the accuracy of the inventory by constant checking
- Provides internal control of the status of the reserve
- Ensures the accuracy of the reserve management system and ensures the transfer of documents through the SAP system
- Works in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Dedicated to the culture of innovation and implementation of new procedures for improving the current operations.
The employment contract is based on a specific time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period of time. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours. Selection of the applicants will be made within 45/90/120 days after the expiration of the application deadline, depending on the number of applicants.
