JOB VACANCY: BUSINESS ASSISTANT

What we are looking for:
- BCC – VII/1 degree
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
 - Knowledge of social media, maintaining databases;
 - Experience in preparing presentations and reports;
 - 2+ years of proven work experience in office management, performing technical and administrative tasks;
 - Precise and accurate management of information, data and documents;
 - Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet;
 - Excellent knowledge of business English
 - Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic office environment with a commercial orientation and work under pressure;
 - Ability of properly, optimal planning and performing work tasks, as well as suddenly assigned tasks with a high degree of priority and importance;
 - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with individuals from different hierarchical levels, nationalities and social background in written and verbal form;
 - Willingness for continuous learning and developing new knowledge and skills, adoption of new technologies and methodologies in order to constantly improve personal skillsand
 - Driving license, B category.
 
Brief description of core responsibilities:
Responsible for performing administrative and business tasks for the office of General manager, оrganizes meetings, prepares presentations and reports, manages all types of communications and activities in order to provide support to the General manager, guaranteeing confidentiality, discretion and keeping the reputation and image of the company.
- Manages administrative activities in order to ensure effective coordination during the work;
 - Working with invoices, contracts, documents and coordination of delivery to the relevant departments, evidence, archiving;
 - Prepares letters, information, transcripts, reports;
 - Provides professional business communication with employees, external partners, associates and owners;
 - Organization and preparation of various meetings;
 - Monitoring and controlling the calendar of planned activities, costs, etc;
 - Participates in organization of trips, logistical support, etc;
 - Preparing presentations and processing texts and numbers for the needs of the superiors;
 - Preparing translations, correspondences, documents, announcements, articles and other types of documents when needed;
 - Preparation of the budget for the department, processing and controlling it and
 - Consistent implementation and enforcement of legal, corporate and quality standards, food safety, environmental protection, safety at work and energy management in the domain of their responsibilities.
 
The employment relationship is based on a fixed period of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing an indefinite contract. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours. Selection of the applicants will be made within a maximum of 45/90/120 days after the expiration of the application deadline, depending on the number of applicants.
