JOB VACANCY: OPERATOR IN ENERGY

What we are looking for:

  • Higher education or Secondary vocational education in the field of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering;
  • 1 + years of proven work experience as a specialist in the field of maintenance or energy;
  • Comfort and accuracy in working with data and numbers, strong analytical skills, focusing on details with emphasis on accuracy and consistency;
  • Overtime working, problem solving, logic and comparison, quality decision, time management, teamwork orientation, action oriented;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of English.

 

Brief description of core responsibilities:

It guarantees efficient management of the activities in the shift for maintenance in the energy block (boiler room, sewage treatment plant, chemical water treatment, compression (cooling), recovery of CO2) and is responsible for quality machine maintenance of installations and equipment, carries out control of the underground and overground installations, as well as the fittings in the heat substations of the facilities located in the beer production sector, and participates in the elimination of the defects, as well as in the implementation of the corporate requirements and standards.

 

  • Responds to the overall work in the shift and to the fulfillment of the goals of the work;
  • Monitor the energy process and react appropriately to ensure the efficient supply of energy to the production;
  • Performs an overview of completed and ongoing activities, conducts daily meetings with the team before commencing the shift, informs and advises on the plan for the day;
  • Compile weekly and daily work schedules (people, activities, goals);
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on consumption and energy saving;
  • Prepare reports for the needs of BCS and SAP;
  • Perform analysis and provide suggestions for savings in the process of energy production (water, gas, electricity);
  • Manages and controls the work of shift employees and prepares schedules for the organization of employees in shifts, as needed;
  • Keeps records of the presence or absence of workers during the month and submits the records to the supervisors;
  • Take care that each member of the team is adequately equipped, trained and directed to the performance of work responsibilities;
  • Responds to the employees in the shift to apply the applicable procedures;
  • Controls the use of personal protective equipment and the implementation of measures for environmental protection, protection at work and PP protection in accordance with company procedures and rulebooks;
  • Provide suggestions for possible changes and innovations regarding equipment;
  • Gives proposals for investing in new equipment;
  • Implementing new systems and methods for advancing the organization of work;
  • Organizes installation of new equipment and participates in the installation;
  • Respects the provisions of the POI – the plant’s operating instructions and is responsible for the employees it manages to apply the company’s valid rules and procedures, including the implementation of environmental, occupational safety and PP protection in accordance with company procedures; and rulebooks;
  • There is regular cooperation with the shifters in the company.

 

The employment contract is based on a specific time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period of time.The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours. Selection of the applicants will be made within a maximum of 45/90/120 days after the expiration of the application deadline, depending on the number of applicants.
