JOB VACANCY: QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER OF BEER
Working position filled with challenges, projects and work tasks, tailor-made training in order to provide the necessary quality of the process of beer production, starting from incoming raw materials, treated water, semi-product, up to ready product according to given standards.
What is that we are looking for:
- University diploma, technologist or biology / chemistry (Faculty of natural sciences and mathematics)
- Knowledge of International Standards for Quality Management and Food Safety is considered as asset
- Work experience in the field of laboratory work / performance of microbiological analyzes, quality control of food is considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of business English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Motivation for working in a dynamic work environment and working in a team
- Ability to work in short time limits and work under pressure
Short description of core responsibilities:
- Provides physical and chemical product quality, in accordance with company standards, legal regulations, as well as the corporate standards of The Coca Cola Company / Coca Cola Hellenic / Heineken.
- In accordance with microbiological control program, in ensures regular sampling and proper implementation of analyzes in a quality control laboratory, through all stages of production, starting from the quality of water used, raw materials, intermediate goods, semi product and ready product.
- Ensures the accuracy of the laboratory results (First Line Control).
- Responsibility for establishing and monitoring the necessary preventive and corrective measures / actions in the case of non-standard parameters for testing raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
- Supervises the hygienic situation in the production, proposes and takes measures in case of deviation from the standards.
- Responsible for proper functioning of the laboratory equipment and its regular calibration.
- Prepares reports for the compliance of the delivered raw materials and packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to the company standards.
- Provides a positive working atmosphere and team spirit in the sector, as well as cooperation with other sectors in order to improve the joint company results.
The employment agreement is based on a fixed time of 9 months, with a possibility of continuing to an indefinite contract. Working time for the position implies a shift of 8 working hours, during a week, including a weekend depending on the shift. The minimum basic gross salary for this job is 46.000,00 MKD.
