JOB VACANCY: TRADE MARKETING CHANNEL MANAGER

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree (BSc) in social sciences, preferably with focus on Marketing (brand, trade);
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience or at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry;
  • Motivation for working in a dynamic work environment and working in a team;
  • Good communication and organizational skills. Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure;
  • Excellent knowledge of business English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

 

Brief description of core responsibilities:

Manage and provide development and implementation of the channel strategy and activation in corresponding channels in terms of creation, realization of innovative and effective channel programs, guidance on the sales force, instructions and standards for promotional activities in which he / she realize defined objectives brands in accordance with the general commercial, company and corporate strategy.

  • Develops a detailed annual strategy for the respective sales channel, including key insights, sales targets and ambitions, focus on brands and packaging and priorities that are key to consumers and customers;
  • Analyze relevant sales channel data from internal sources and external market research to develop an understand the potential and current performance of a given sales channel;
  • Defines, manages and coordinates business relationships with creative agencies to develop effective and innovative solutions;
  • Responsible for the entire process of ordering promotional materials and sales equipment in accordance with the Picture of Success, the sales channel and promotional activities;
  • Evaluate all activations and trade promotions in order to optimize all future activations;
  • Works in correlation with the brand team and the sales team to develop promotional activities in a given sales channel.
  • In charge for allocation and monitoring of the budget and equipment for the respective sales channel;
  • Dedicated toward development and effective Trade Marketing promotions;
  • Identifies the trade barriers and barriers to consumers and develops new solutions for categories and our brands.

 

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
