
OPERATOR PACKAGING
You will be responsible for the quality and efficient execution of the work tasks in the packaging department, in accordance with the internal rules and procedures, legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & HEINEKEN.
ARE YOU THIS:
- High school diploma in the field of Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
- 1+ years of work experience in production plants, especially a mill will be considered an advantage;
- Motivation to work in a dynamic and advanced technological environment and multinational environment;
- Expressed ability to solve problems, logic and comparison, quality decision, time management and teamwork orientation;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in the packaging of the product in bottles, cans, barrels and repackaging of the product, according to the production plan;
- Responsible for the entire work in the shift and for fulfilling the production plan in the work area;
- Keeps records of manufactured quantities of product;
- Takes part in the review of completed and ongoing activities, attends daily meetings with the team before starting the shift;
- Takes steps to eliminate minor machine irregularities;
- Maintains the cleanliness of work surfaces and performs disinfection as needed;
- Monitors, supervises and controls the packaging process, in accordance with the prescribed goals, rules and procedures of the department and the company;
- Uses the tools of the process for continuous improvement in daily work. Performs inspection and lubrication of the machine, as well as preventive measures for maintenance of the machine;
- Actively participates in the activities of the process for continuous improvement and the teams, Constantly strives to improve the performance indicators of the production process.

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Sunday, 40 working hours per week.
The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how well the candidate meets the conditions of the job.
