PLANNED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job position filled with challenges, project and work tasks as well as dedicated training for development in order to ensure a smooth flow in the process of beer production, in accordance with the set standards.


ARE YOU THIS:

  • University Degree – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
  • Work experience in maintenance of production equipment;
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and engineering processes;
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic and advanced technological environment and multinational environment;
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP system & MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Advanced knowledge of English, knowledge of German will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge and monitoring of health and safety procedures.


SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • By maintaining the process equipment, provides support to the beer production in the planned quantities and the realization of the key indicators, following the legal regulations and corporate standards of Coca-Cola HBC & Heineken.
  • Responds promptly to any deviations that deviate from Heineken production standards;
  • Continuously monitors and explores opportunities for improvement and communicates them at a higher level;
  • Monitors and leads the execution of maintenance and engineering strategies, decision making and control compliance in the work on a daily basis;
  • Monitors the efficiency of machines and equipment (OPI & MTBA), analyzes and proposes optimizations;
  • Manages simple projects and less risky OTIFs that are mandatory and within the budget of the maintenance department;
  • Collaborates and supports the taking over of the maintenance department with the other departments;
  • Prepares an annual maintenance plan and manages maintenance standards;
  • Maintains and regularly calibrates equipment for regular analysis;
  • Uses the DCS system for daily and weekly analysis of process equipment, its possible deviations and proposes corrections to the supervisor;
  • Actively participates in TPM teams;
  • Monitors the condition of spare parts for equipment and procures them when needed;
  • Contributes to a positive team atmosphere in the brewery.

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Sunday, 40 working hours per week.

The amount of the basic gross salary depends on how well the candidate meets the conditions of the job.
