YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of Commercial strategy by managing assigned customers (partners and distributors) to ensure high level of collaboration, negotiation and customer & category development through available processes & tools as well as cross-functional collaboration.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions that bring continuous growth of profitability and driving improvement of volume & value market share within relevant beverage categories.
HOW YOU’LL KNOW THAT YOU ARE SUCCESSFULL:
- Customer performance improved (all business indicators with dedicated customers as per target or above (transactions, revenue, volumes, category/pack mix)).
- Commercial policy implemented as per PfP approach.
- Profitability per customer P&L (NSR/case, EBIT margin) improved.
- Development and implementation of JVC routines with selected customers (partner and distributor).
- Customer satisfaction improves year on year.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University degree coupled with a minimum of 2-year experience within FMCG at sales or marketing roles with a successful performance record and experience in managing Key Accounts.
- Focus on people development and performance management with track of record of self-development.
- Open, honest individual comfortable in providing transparency about results and drivers, good and bad, and comfortable in providing and receiving feedback.
- Team player with positive intent attitude, comfortable to challenge and be challenged constructively.
- Highly competitive, enthusiastic and creative with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships, comfortable in both competitive and collaborative negotiation style.
- Excellent commercial understanding and strong business acumen focused on driving customer value and internal profitability.

The employment contract is based on a temporary time of 6 months, with the possibility of continuing the contract for an indefinite period. The weekly working time for the position is from Monday to Friday, 8 working hours.
