Which project did you publish and why did you decide to use the Opportunity Marketplace platform?

The Skills Development Department announced the Sales Academy project, it was the Academy launch project where for the first time we managed to implement all company standards and raise the learning and upgrading of all sales colleagues to a higher level. The project was a big challenge so we lacked human resources for full and timely implementation.

What are the advantages of the platform, and what is it that gives you the Opportunity Marketplace?

This platform offers a lot of opportunities, and I would single out the key ones for me, because through this platform we transparently give everyone a chance to apply and take part in the published project. I also see a great opportunity to share cross-sectoral / international cooperation and gain knowledge. One of the biggest benefits for me was the role of project leader.

Goce, what did you learn from this experience?

For the umpteenth time we have proved that we are one big family that cares for each other, nurtures the basic company values, and after I published the second project on this great platform, 12 colleagues applied. My personal upgrade is that I managed to improve my leadership skills, to lead the team in achieving great results and to motivate it during the full realization.
