Women are important pillar in our company’s value chain with critical roles women have as our employees, customers, suppliers, consumers, business partners and members of our community.
In Pivara Skopje gender equality is a basic principle. We offer equal chances for women to get a job and advance their careers in Pivara Skopje as well as we have the gender equality principle established for access criteria to our Educational center that results with 2/3 of the participants being women. We also consistently promote gender equality thru our community initiatives and advocacy.
