Youth development is a crucial investment in our future. Unemployment generally, and especially that among young people, remains a significant challenge for our market. In Pivara Skopje for 18 years already we are running our Educational center.
The program it offers helps unemployed overcoming barriers to employment by providing access to business, entrepreneurial skills, basic financial literacy, instills confidence, self-worth and provides connections with mentors. With this program we encourage entrepreneurial culture and empower youth for taking future in own hands. We cooperate with universities and we continuously offer internships for providing opportunities for the students to experience the business world before graduation.
