ROCK LEGEND BILLY IDOL TO PERFORM AT “KALE” FORTRESS

This time, SKOPSKO enabled rock music fans of all generations to enjoy the staged performances of the punk-rock legend Billy Idol, whose concert is scheduled for 20.06.2010 at the “Kale” Fortress in Skopje and is part of his European tour.
“For fans of good rock music, regardless of their age, a concert of a world famous star like Billy Idol is an event that will be remembered, an event of joy, euphoria and partying. These are also the first emotions evoked by SKOPSKO. Thus, our wish to merge good music, as guaranteed by the accords and “guitar riffs” of entertainers like Billy Idol, and great fun, as catered for by SKOPSKO, is justified and expected”, said Martina Misevska, Beer Brand Manager at Pivara Skopje AD.
SKOPSKO is most commonly associated with partying, joy and euphoria. Billy Idol’s upcoming concert is a result of the long-standing cooperation between SKOPSKO and Avalon Production, which had enabled performances for the Macedonian audience by music legends, such as Bob Dylan, Carlos Santana, Lenny Kravitz and many others.
“As well-known supporter of urban events throughout the country, SKOPSKO is yet again part of the story called Billy Idol. Despite being the main “culprit” for the rock legend’s live performance in Macedonia, SKOPSKO will be responsible also for the opening act at the concert. Billy Idol is expected to perform his greatest hits such as “White Wedding”, “Dancing With Myself”, “Rebel Yell”, “Eyes Without a Face”, but also the new records which only demonstrate that this music legend continues his brilliant career that has been lasting for more than three decades.
