MINISTER OF FINANCE, ANGELOVSKA MENTOR OF THE FREE TRAINING “SKILLS FOR SUCCESS” – “BE PROACTIVE AND ABOVE AVERAGE”

Yesterday, The Minister of Finance, Nina Angelovska was a guest at our Education center, and she as a mentor-volunteer shared her personal story with the young people who were present at the lecture within the 53rd group of the training “Skills for success”.

“Use the most of your potential and look for an opportunity where others can’t find it. Be proactive and above average in both professional and private life. And do not forget that perseverance, optimism and enthusiasm will help you overcome challenges and become more confident and stronger, said the Minister Angelovska.

“The free education program for unemployed young people aged 18-30 is supported by the Employment Agency as well as the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy with which we have signed a Memorandum of cooperation. In 2019 over 1,700 young people passed the training. About 45% of the trainees in the first half of last year were employed or started their own businesses, while 65% of the people involved in the program were women, said Lambro Patche, Public Relations and Communications Manager in Pivara Skopje.

The purpose of the training is to encourage participants to build self-confidence, self-esteem and relationships with relevant mentors, to encourage entrepreneurial culture and to motivate young people. In addition to classroom lectures, education courses can be organized through the digital platform, the Digital Hub.
