











“DRINKS HAVE NO BIASES” – PIVARA SKOPJE AND GEA TOAST FOR A WORLD WITHOUT STEREOTYPES AND DISCRIMINATION

The Alliance on Gender Equality in the Workplace – GEA, on the other hand, strives to contribute to the promotion of gender equality in the workplace, that is, equal opportunities, equal representation and equal valuation of labor. The alliance aims to create an inclusive culture where both women and men are valued for their unique contributions to the work environment, which will create new ways, synergies and platforms to address critical issues affecting the development of women in the workplace.
On that occasion, Pivara Skopje and GEA jointly organized an informal meeting under the motto “Drinks Have No Biases”, which was attended by inspiring people from different spheres of our society. At this event, positive examples from the company were shared about the way it educates its people about the importance of breaking stereotypes and prejudices in society related to the workplace.
