






THE SUPPORT OF PIVARA SKOPJE FOR THE PRESERVATION AND AFFIRMATION OF THE AUTHENTIC CULTURAL TRADITION CONTINUES







This year too, Pivara Skopje and its brands are traditionally an inseparable part of the most famous Macedonian wedding, which is held for the 44th time this weekend in the unique setting of the picturesque Galichnik on the Bistra Mountain.
Beside the financial support for the organization of this year’s Galichnik Wedding, which contributes to the preservation and affirmation of the authentic folklore, the unique folk legacy and tradition, as well as the national cultural heritage, Pivara Skopje also provided adequate quantity of drinks from its portfolio for the participants in this authentic cultural and stage event as an inseparable part of all celebrations and festivities.
In addition, before departing for Galichnik, this year’s Galichnik bride and groom – Tanja Chaloska and Bosko Lepscheski – were special guests of Pivara Skopje.
The Public Affairs and Communication Manager Lambro Patche introduced the special guests to the 93-year history and corporate heritage as the foundation on which today too Pivara Skopje is building its mission and vision for a sustainable future, company values based on tradition inherited from generations of Pivara employees and their efforts and commitment to produce the most desired beers and soft drinks on the market, as well as the support that the company has been providing for decades to preserve and nurture the cultural heritage and the values and wellbeing of the community as a whole.
One of the most experienced beer masters in the region, the Beer Production Manager of Pivara Skopje Kircho Stojanov acquainted them with the beer production process, while the Soft Drinks Production Manager Goran Stojkovski revealed to them the “magic” of creating the world’s most famous soft drinks by Coca-Cola.
During the visit, this year’s Galichnik bride and groom also received the unique markings of “Ambassador of Pivara Skopje” as yet another symbolic detail to remember by the days when they got married in Galichnik thus contributing to the preservation of the authentic Macedonian tradition and culture.
This year too, the event Galichnik Wedding is expected to attract thousands of visitors from the country and abroad who will again have the opportunity to witness over 30 wedding customs, accompanied by traditional folk songs and dances, as well as folk costumes in their full uniqueness and beauty.
On this occasion too, Pivara Skopje recommends all those who will head to Galichnik to drive safely, not to drive if they drink and to consume responsibly.
