OHRID BEER FESTIVAL – URBAN ENTERTAINMENT WITH QUALITY BEER AND GREAT MUSIC

In the period from 30 July until 1 August this year, Biljana Springs in Ohrid will host the first Ohrid Beer Festival organized by “Urban Dance”. All fans of urban entertainment and excellent beer can enjoy the rich music programme free-of-charge.

From today and until 1 August, Ohrid will be the host of the first Ohrid Beer Festival. SKOPSKO is the Festival’s general sponsor and will thus enrich the tourist bid and entertainment life in Macedonia’s biggest tourist centre – Ohrid.

On the other hand, tourism is associated with gatherings and entertainment, and these two are most certainly associated with our best – SKOPSKO. We honestly believe that all visitors will enjoy the quality beer, good food and rich music programme and that in time this Festival will become a hallmark of Ohrid’s summer events” – says Martina Misevska, Beer Brand Manager at Pivara Skopje AD.

As part of the three-day urban party, all visitors attending the Ohrid Beer Festival will enjoy excellent beer and good music.

The festival organizer, “Urban Dance”, announces rich music programme during festival days. It includes performances by popular bands and musicians, including the Macedonian rock band “Area”, Vlado Janevski, the hip-hop artist Slatkaristika, “Day Off”, “Funky Punks”, “IQ”, Dule and Koki, “South Park”, “Beta House”, “Painted”, the brass bands “Angusevi” and “Kocani Orkestar”. In addition to in-country musicians, the Ohrid Beer Festival will include performances from Serbian bands “Van Gogh” and “Riblja Corba”.

“The Festival will not offer only evening-entertainment events, but has conceptualized its programme to include round-the-clock parties. Hence, it anticipates afternoon parties with popular clubbing DJs from Macedonia” – people from “Guerilla Market” add.

The Festival will take place at Biljana Springs; attendance is free-of-charge and beer will be sold at promotional prices.
