STRONGBOW AND APPLE BANDIT – A NEW NATURAL CIDER REFRESHMENT FROM PIVARA SKOPJE

Pivara Skopje is launching into a new category of drinks on the market – Cider. Cider is one of the world’s most popular low-alcohol refreshment beverages. Pivara Skopje is launching two cider brands from the Heineken portfolio: Strongbow, the world’s leading premium brand in this category, as well as the Apple Bandit brand, which is extremely popular throughout Europe, especially in the countries of our region.

Cider is an original, authentic drink made by fermentation of apples, which is a natural ingredient. It is characterized by a light, sweet to sweet-sour taste. Cider offers natural refreshment, which is additionally enhanced by low carbonation.

Thanks to the natural fruit aromas that can be used during the production process, cider drinks with different flavors can be found on the market. So, apart from the apple-flavored Apple Bandit and Strongbow, Pivara Skopje also offers Strongbow cider with a natural taste of forest fruits on the domestic market. These cider drinks contain 4.5% alcohol.

“Due to its unique characteristics, natural ingredients, fruity flavor and freshness, as well as the low level of alcohol, we believe that the new cider drinks we are launching on the market will be accepted by the widest range of consumers as an alternative to Spirits and other alcoholic beverages. Apple Bandit and Strongbow in one-way glass bottles of 0.33l, can already be purchased in hospitality establishments as well as retail stores across the country.
