ANOTHER GLOBAL RECOGNITION OF THE QUALITY OF SKOPSKO

SKOPSKO is this year’s winner of 4 gold medals from the Institute for Quality Selection “Monde selection”, which is one of the most representative organizations for checking the quality of food and beverages in the world, recognized by the European Union.
SKOPSKO won the high quality award among over 3,000 products from 80 countries worldwide. In the category of beers, SKOPSKO is the only one in the broader region to be awarded a gold medal for the highest quality at this year’s selection. Worldwide, in addition to SKOPSKO, only a dozen other beers were awarded.
Since the first medal from “Monde Selection” awarded back in 1978, the continuous high quality of SKOPSKO has been recognized with over 200 medals, trophies and other high international acclaims.
The superior accomplishment was reason enough for Pivara Skopje AD to launch a program called “We love beer”, aimed at fostering beer culture in the country and spreading the positive story of beer, which started 7000 years ago.

The global success is the result of our joint commitment to produce and to make available to our customers the best beers in the world, beers of exceptional and confirmed quality, beers that define the market and make all of us in Pivara Skopje extremely proud of the different ways we participate in their creation,” said the General Manager of Pivara Skopje AD Jaak Mikkel at the event held in Pivara Skopje AD and attended by all those who participate in the making of beer, as well as those enabling it to reach consumers.
At the event that celebrated the quality and taste of excellent beer with great food, music and good mood, the first group of true beer ambassadors in Macedonia was launched, comprising of 12 representatives of Pivara Skopje AD whose mission will be to spread the truth about beer, its unique value and method of production to as many people who will be its credible messengers and supporters.
In addition to enjoying the taste of beer and excellent entertainment, all visitors of the event had the opportunity to learn about the beer production process and capacities in Pivara Skopje AD and to obtain all the information about the values, features, method of serving beer, beer and food pairing and about its other unique features.
