BITOLA CITIZENS RECEIVED THEIR „COCA-COLA ACTIVE ZONE“
The 14-th „Coca-Cola Active zone“ from the big project of Pivara Skopje and the Coca-Cola Company which is being realized for three consecutive years, today was settled in Bitola.
Located in the central area of the in the so called “Champions Park”, the Coca-Cola Active zone is a place where the citizens from all generations can recreate themselves and mingle.
„We are happy that today, in the beautiful city of Bitola, we are continuing with the realization of the well-known project ‘Coca-Cola Active zones’. With this, 14-th in a row Active zone, the citizens of Bitola are joining the thousands citizens around Macedonia that will exploit the benefits from this place, will mingle with their fellow-citizens with whom they are sharing same habits and have mutual interests. Pivara Skopje and the Coca-Cola Company will continue with the execution of projects that are promoting building and nurturing of the real values and inclusion of the citizens, as starting point for creation and maintenance of healthy and strong society, at the present, but also for the future”, stated Marija Minincic, Corporate Communications Manager at Pivara Skopje.
At the event in occasion of opening of the 14th zone, which is free and available for usage 24 hours a day, attended numerous representatives from the sport associations from Bitola, citizens from all generations, as well as representatives from the municipality of Bitola.
„Our partnership with Pivara Skopje has long tradition, so such projects are just logical flow through which we jointly demonstrate how in practice the good cooperation looks like. As one of the most successful municipalities in the field of sports, we are particularly pleased that Pivara Skopje recognized our successes and our municipality is one of the 5 to receiving the Active zone this year. This is really one beautiful project that will enable to all categories of citizens a space for recreation, relaxation and socializing, and as content, really fits to our “Champions’ park” – stated Mrs. Natasha Petrovska, Mayor of Bitola Municipality.
The project “Coca-Cola Active zones“ which started in 2016, is part of the global platform of Pivara Skopje and the Coca-Cola Company. Within the project, until now there were 13 Active zones set for the citizens from Skopje, Ohrid, Strumica, Tetovo, Prilep, Shtip, Kumanovo, Gostivar, Kavadarci and Radovish, and very soon, another Coca-Cola Active zone will be place which will mark the end of the 3rd cycle of the project for 2018. As part of this platform, in the past years Pivara Skopje in cooperation with the Coca-Cola Company realized many successful projects, among which the Coca Cola football cup and the free parking zones for bicycles
