NEW LIGHTING FOR NEW GLOW OF THE DOWNTOWN IN STRUMICA
SKOPSKO – one of the strongest Macedoinian brands and definitelky the strongest beer brand in the country donated over 50 stylized lampposts that provided new esthetic value to downtown Strumica
The donation from SKOPSKO to the citizens of Strumica marked the first music festival evening of Strumica Open Festival 2013, “spiced up” with cold beer, tasty food and of course, excellent entertainment.
The new lampposts are allocated in the park located in the vicinity of the town square “Goce Delchev”. With the new lighting, the city park gets a new glow thus becoming one of the most favourite spots for staying and relaxation of the residents and vistors of Strumica.
“Through this gift for the residents of Strumica, SKOPSKO once more confirms its permanent mission – to remain the most wanted beer for all consumers in Macedonia, while at the same time expressing its high respect for the needs of the community whose unseparable part it is for already nine decades, thus confirming in the best way that – There is only one SKOPSKO!”, said Katerina Hadzi-Angeleska – Nachevska, PR Specialist at Pivara Skopje.
The action that enabled the refreshment of the image of the central city park was implemented in cooperation with the local government in Strumica that made the necessary construction works and electrical installations to set the lampposts.
“In addition to increasing the functionality of this part of the city, the new public lighting also contributes to enriching its aesthetics by fitting perfectly to the image of Strumica we want and on which we intensively work in the past years, which on the other hand, is a blend of the modern and classical, of our tradition, but also of the new and modern dynamic lifestyle,” said the Mayor of Strumica Zoran Zaev, awarding a Certificate of apretiation to Pivara Skopje and SKOPSKO for the partnership for realization of this socially responsible project.
The new lampposts in Strumica are part of the long-term project of Pivara Skopje AD and SKOPSKO for supporting municipalities in increasing the standards of urban living. Such lampposts and other urban equipment have so far been set in Prilep, Ohrid, Kriva Palanka, Krivogashtani, Skopje and other municipalities and the action will continue in the future.
